I really love all the "shades of" collabs, and this one is no exception... my favorite parts were the ones by DNR and Space Chicken, with MephistonX coming in third...
btw, what is the name of that song in MephistonX's part? I know i've heard it somewhere before! is it something from Donnie Darko?

...the original concept of collabs was just a bunch of artists getting together to have one flash animation with different links... music collabs came afterwards... ever watch the NG time trials?

Turned out alright...
ah, it's out, eh? The final product turned out alright... but some parts had pretty bad graphics, lessening the dramaticness of the flash... also, i'll send you a buddy request on newgrounds here and you can credit me for that part I did...

Graphics - 8
Well, the graphical style was nice, and I enjoyed it... but some of the animations were kind-of rough while others were nice and smooth... maybe just work on polishing them a bit, but overall, the graphics were nicely done.
Style - 10
As I said, the Graphical style was nice, and I enjoyed the character designs throughly and the presentation was nice... the pacing and the directing was all very reminicent of one of my favorite animated series, Samurai Jack... i'm not sure if you borrowed anything out of Genndy Tartakovsky's directing style or not, but it sure seemed that way, and I enjoyed it...
Sound - 7
This is one area where it lessend the overall presentation for me... the music was mixed nicely and the voice acting was better than you'd expect from an online cartoon... but the sound effects got to me... some sound effects stopped suddenly and some were overused.. make your sound effects more beliveable and ambient and then I think they'll be top-notch
Violence - 8
The action sequence was nicely directed and it had lots of variation in it... good job ^_^
Story - 6
A bit clique of a story... but it wasn't that bad... I still enjoyed it thouroghly...
Overall - 8
I liked lots of things about this, but it had some rough edges... I think if you made some small improvements that this could become an instant classic... this is defidently a series to keep on watching, and i'll be sure to look out for the next episode when it comes out...

...if Brackenwood was an anime... this would be it... good job, I guess... but it just has so meny similarities to brackenwood, that it's kinda hard to distinguish itself as a series in it's own right, the character designs are very similar, and so is the setting, the only major difference I see is that this series has more action and less story-driven points... I think you should become a bit more original for the second episode, if not, you ought to quit this series now... 4/5
