Jazzy, swingy, catchy. Really captures the feel of the original song while still expanding on it.
Very nice! :D

Very nice! :D
Really like your choice of instruments here!
Especially those cymbals! They have just enough chippy style to them without sounding too low-res.
The whole song ends up having this nice, upbeat mellow mood to it. It simultaneously reminds me of the original while still carving out it's own identity & tone.
The only negative things I can say about it is that it's a bit basic... and it doesn't loop very well. Still, very nicely done! ^_^
Nice! I like your choice of instruments here. Also, I love all of the little added fills you put in the background. I also really like the whip crack you added in after the initial buildup. It gives the whole thing a very specific tone.
Although... the whole thing also ends up feeling standard. I think that might have to do with the lack of variation in the volume levels of the song. Also, for being listed as a loop, I don't think it loops very well.
Other than that, nice job on this! :)
This was awesome!
I'm not sure what kind of 8-Bit showdown you were picturing, but if you ask me, it sounds like Mega Man vs. Ganbare Goemon (Mysical Ninja in the US)
Nice, the Midi instruments reminds me of classic video games. Specifically, it's giving me an old-school Wild Arms vibe.
I was expecting a cover of that Norman Greenbaum song...
However, this ambient track is much more interesting, and probably more useful.
Parts of it remind me of the Mass Effect soundtrack (from the first game, best one in my opinion)
Mildly reminiscent of Phantasy Star Online.
Not to say there isn't any originality in there, because there is.
Very beautiful piece, excited to listen to more of your stuff.
I was totally expecting a cover of Frog's Theme from Chrono Trigger, this is nice too, though. Could loop a little better. :P
Reminds me of that song from Deadly Premonition, "Life is Beautiful"
Except no whistling.
awesome
it's got a nice style to it, and it highlighted all of the best parts of pac-man.
the best parts were where you remixed all of the sound effects to go with the beat.
I do think maybe you focused too much on the opening jingle throughout it.
it'd be better if you focused more on the remixing of the sound effects, which really was the best part of the whole thing. also, it doesn't loop very well, and doesn't have a very good ending.
otherwise, very cool stuff. 4/5
Thanks!
lmao!
Definitely some good tips for anime voice acting...
or at least generic crappy anime.
regardless, good clip, got a couple of laughs out of me.
I jam... vigorously.
